Growing Beyond Borders
A fast developing global economy urges companies to consider internationalizing their businesses. The benefits for those who have made the move are many some of which are opportunities opening up in new markets thereby rendering the effective diversification of their sources of revenues. Services and product developments are scaled up to meet if not surpass global standards.
Content creation and its corresponding technology and the strategizing of marketing and communications are areas where Systembrand can assist new entrants into a foreign
destination. Stakeholder and investor relations and crises management will come in handy when addressing the challenges of foreign expansion.

Towards A Perfect Match: “Conectando Filipinas”
True to its Vision and Mission, Systembrand organized a campaign, branded in Spanish – “Conectando Filipinas”, a course of action to support Philippine businesses’ connectivity to the Spanish market. While the campaign’s hub is in Madrid, it may bring its Mission to whatever territory it is assigned, especially in Europe. The basic function of the campaign is to refer accounts to Systembrand’s network unless the account already has a partner in mind or will simply set up a business on its own. The company’s value proposition and its strength through brand/product differentiation will be communicated to the market to help it be solidly established. Systembrand’s advocacies and corporate culture suit this campaign.
Activating the Connection
Some functions in operationalizing a company’s international expansion are key game-changing moves:
1-Synergizing with the new market: from demographics and psychographics to economic behavior, cultural peculiarities, language differences, time zones, etc.
2-Adapting to legal structures: from regulatories, trade agreements, import/export rules, annual reporting, stock exchanges and investments requirements, etc.
3-Building resources: from employees to associates to financials to facilities, etc.
4-Nurturing relationships with stakeholders, customers, chambers of commerce and industry, traditional and social media, influencers
5-Creating events: webinars, product launch, briefings etc.
Avenues of Connection
From Madrid-Spain, Conectando Filipinas, can open up avenues for more business opportunities for expanding their growth into other areas, from the European Union countries to the Northern and Southern American regions and to the ASEAN/RCEP states.
IRG’s work experience coverage alone with the stock exchanges opened avenues to engage in investments from the PSE to London’s AIM, NYSE, ASX and others. Global industries relate with each other and interact through Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).
Once the journey has started, there’s no turning back.
